Who can invest in an AIF?
Resident Indian individuals with a minimum investable surplus of ₹1 Crore or more per fund.
Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) subject to applicable FEMA regulations.
Institutional investors — trusts, family offices, corporate treasuries.
HUFs and partnership firms meeting the eligibility criteria set by SEBI.
